YTP’s Mission is executed through our L.E.A.D. Programming
- Learn – Challenge, Expand, and Evolve: Intro to intermediate technical development focusing on high-level topics
- Engage – Connectivity of Family and Community
- Assess – Journey of Self-Actualization
- Discover – Remove the “Black Box”
L.E.A.D. programming is a holistic approach to exploring technology and self; emphasizing technical skills, self-awareness, and self-actualization. It’s not enough to have technical skills to succeed in our society, you must also focus on personal growth. L.E.A.D. programming incorporates learning, engagement, assessment, and discovery to cultivate curiosity and spark creativity. By exploring technical acumen and personal awareness, L.E.A.D. aims to promote continuous learning and inspire new and innovative ideas that will change how we use technology.
