Corporate
Sustainability Partner

The Corporate Sustainability Partner (CSP) is our top national support level where industry leading corporate and government strategic partners work with our leadership to have a true impact with recruiting, branding and outreach.

Who are Corporate sustainability Partners?

CSPs are industry leaders and/or corporate and government strategic partners who work with our leadership to have a true impact in advancing NSBE’s mission to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers and STEM-related professionals who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community.

This will be achieved through advocacy, recruitment, brand awareness and outreach. Each CSP Partner has committed a minimum financial contribution of $60,000 to support our programs, scholarships, and chapters.

The CSP Pledge

  • Commitment & Collaboration

In recognition of our partners' commitment to advance diverse industry representation, develop emerging talent, and lead bold initiatives that positively impact our communities, NSBE has instituted the CSP pledge.

    Participating companies commit to:

    • Attending (3) CSP Partner meetings annually centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
(In-person meetings will be in July 2024 and March 2025, and the virtual meeting in January 2025)
    • Provide access to industry resources and best practices, as available (i.e. Professional development activities, whitepapers, research, survey data).
    • CSP Partners are encouraged (not required) to share hiring and retention data, as appropriate.
  • Become a CSP Partner
