The Corporate Sustainability Partner (CSP) is our top national support level, where industry-leading corporate, government and nonprofit strategic partners work with our leadership to make a true impact with recruiting, branding and outreach.

Why Become a Corporate Sustainability Partner?

Corporate Sustainability Partners are industry leaders or corporate, government or nonprofit organizations that work strategically with NSBE’s leadership to greatly advance NSBE’s mission: “to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.” This will be achieved through advocacy, collaboration, recruitment, brand awareness and outreach to support our work in engineering and related STEM fields.

Each CSP Partner commits to a minimum yearly financial contribution of $60,000 to support our programs, scholarships and chapters. Multi-year commitments, up to three (3) years, are available at this rate.

Priority Access

  • Early access to Convention booth selection and housing options beginning in July 2025. (Non-partners gain access in late October 2025.)
  • Priority access to high-profile sponsorship opportunities.
  • Priority access to additional sponsorship opportunities beginning in July 2025.
  • Priority access to #NSBE26 Networking Suites ($5,000 per evening).
  • Reserved seating at the NSBE Golden Torch Awards (GTA) Convention closing ceremony.

Career Fair

  • Two (2) 10’ x 10’ exhibit booths (standard setup included).
  • Option to expand space at $3,500 per additional booth (regular price $5,000). Carpeting not included.
  • One (1) complimentary interview booth (additional interview booths available at $2,500 each).
  • Up to 20 complimentary full-access Convention registrations (discounted $450 each beyond the complimentary allocation; regular price $600).
  • Logo recognition on the Convention agenda, Career Fair entrance signage and the official Convention website (convention.nsbe.org.)
  • Three (3) full-access conference registrations
  • Three (3) complimentary NSBE Professional Memberships
  • One (1) complimentary Bronze-level booth* at up to three (3) FRC Career Fairs.
  • Four (4) complimentary full-access conference registrations, with the option to purchase additional registrations at a discounted rate per region.

    Receive 50 complimentary NSBE professional memberships, empowering your employees to connect, engage, and grow within NSBE’s powerful network of Black engineers. (Memberships valid through the partnership year.)
  • Monthly communications from a dedicated account manager (written updates monthly + one (1) phone/virtual meeting quarterly)
  • Four (4) CSP Partner Meetings annually:

    Two (2) in-person meetings – Summer (July) and on-site at the Convention (March).

    Two (2) virtual meetings – scheduled strategically to support partner engagement and Convention preparation.
  • One (1) virtual workshop at a discounted rate of $10,000 (regular value: $15,000).

    Special Note: Partners who pay multi-year partnerships in full will receive a complimentary virtual workshop.

Your Commitment to the Advancement of Diverse Industry Representation

Partnership benefits begin when the NSBE National Partnerships team has received a completed and signed NSBE commitment form, and dues must be paid in full within 45 days of signing. Any benefits not used cannot be reimbursed.

To honor our partners’ unwavering dedication to nurturing new talent and spearheading transformative initiatives that uplift our communities, NSBE proudly introduces the CSP Pledge.

  • Attend four (4) CSP Partner Meetings annually centered on diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Provide access to industry resources and best practices, as available (e.g., professional development activities, whitepapers, research, survey data).
  • CSP Partners are encouraged (not required) to share hiring and retention data, as appropriate.

How to renew your membership

  1. Click Renew Action Button
  2. Once you’ve reached your account homepage, click “Renew” on the red banner at the top of your screen or the tab labeled “Memberships/Subscriptions” > “View Inactive Subscriptions” and then “Renew”.
  3. Select a membership item you would like to renew on the next page.
  4. Update your personal information if needed.
  5. Follow the prompts.
  6. Verify the items in your cart for accuracy. If you selected the wrong membership type, please go back and make your changes as needed before completing payment. Membership payments are non-refundable.
  7. Submit.

Information regarding the Open Enrollment Campaign

We open enrollment for the new membership cycle on May 1st each year which will allow members an additional 2 months to renew and receive benefits. Please note that membership subscriptions are not prorated. However, if you plan on renewing your membership mid-year to qualify for registration discounts or other benefits, that is fine. However, please be aware that renewing a membership following the Annual Convention will only grant you a subscription that lasts for only a month or less. We strongly recommend waiting until May 1st to maximize your investment.
