Why Become a Corporate Growth Partner?

Corporate Growth Partners are an esteemed network of organizations that help advance the mission of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE): “to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.” Each Corporate Growth Partner (CGP) commits to a minimum financial contribution of $40,000 to support the work of NSBE’s students and professionals in engineering and related fields. Our CGPs make a significant, beneficial impact on NSBE’s Fellows Program, student scholarships and Annual Convention. Multi-year commitments, up to three (3) years, are available at this rate.

Priority Access

  • Priority access to Convention booth selection process and housing options beginning in September 2025. (Non-partners gain access in late October 2025.)
  • CGPs who sign up prior to July 31st may participate in booth selection beginning in August.

Career Fair

  • Two (2) 10’ x 10’ exhibit booths (8’ high back drape and 3’ high side drape in show colors, 6’ table and two chairs, 7” x 44” booth identification sign with organization name and booth number). Includes option to expand at $5,000 per additional 10x10 space. Carpeting not included.
  • Up to 10 complimentary full-access Convention registrations.
  • Logo recognition on the Convention agenda, Career Fair entrance signage and the official Convention website (convention.nsbe.org).
  • Complimentary bulk upload of up to 250 30-day job postings.
  • Access to more than 9,000 resumes with the option to download the full database (from signing through July 31, 2025).
  • Discounted rate on Job Flash™ Packages: $599 (regular $749).
  • Expand Your Reach:

    Special Note: Partners who pay for multi-year agreements up front are invited to attend the in-person Corporate Sustainability Partner Meeting at the Annual Convention.

Partnership benefits begin when the NSBE National Partnerships team has received a completed and signed NSBE commitment form, and dues must be paid in full within 45 days of signing. Any benefits not used cannot be reimbursed.

To honor our partners’ unwavering dedication to nurturing new talent and spearheading transformative initiatives that uplift our communities, NSBE proudly introduces the CSP Pledge.

  • Attend four (4) CSP Partner Meetings annually centered on diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Provide access to industry resources and best practices, as available (e.g., professional development activities, whitepapers, research, survey data).
  • CSP Partners are encouraged (not required) to share hiring and retention data, as appropriate.

How to renew your membership

  1. Click Renew Action Button
  2. Once you’ve reached your account homepage, click “Renew” on the red banner at the top of your screen or the tab labeled “Memberships/Subscriptions” > “View Inactive Subscriptions” and then “Renew”.
  3. Select a membership item you would like to renew on the next page.
  4. Update your personal information if needed.
  5. Follow the prompts.
  6. Verify the items in your cart for accuracy. If you selected the wrong membership type, please go back and make your changes as needed before completing payment. Membership payments are non-refundable.
  7. Submit.

Information regarding the Open Enrollment Campaign

We open enrollment for the new membership cycle on May 1st each year which will allow members an additional 2 months to renew and receive benefits. Please note that membership subscriptions are not prorated. However, if you plan on renewing your membership mid-year to qualify for registration discounts or other benefits, that is fine. However, please be aware that renewing a membership following the Annual Convention will only grant you a subscription that lasts for only a month or less. We strongly recommend waiting until May 1st to maximize your investment.
