Letters from
the NSBE Leadership

Dear POW3RHOUSE Family,

Welcome to another year in Region III!

As we move forward together, our focus is simple: Transform. Empower. Excel. Through T.E.E., we are challenging ourselves to strengthen how we operate, how we serve, and how we create meaningful experiences for every member of the POW3RHOUSE.

Transform means strengthening the connections between our chapters, Professionals, partners, and members while continuing to improve how Region III operates and serves our community.

Empower means making sure our members and chapters have access to the resources, mentorship, professional development, opportunities, and support they need to confidently lead and grow.

Excel means turning our vision into sustainable results—strengthening our chapters, celebrating achievement, creating opportunities, and holding ourselves accountable to the standard of excellence that defines Region III.

But T.E.E. is bigger than the Regional Executive Board. Every chapter, leader, Professional, and member has a role in shaping what Region III becomes this year. Our success will come from how well we collaborate, support one another, and turn our ideas into action.

As your Regional Chairperson, I’m excited about what we have the opportunity to build together. Let’s continue pushing the POW3RHOUSE forward, creating lasting impact, and setting a standard that extends far beyond this year.

The R3 Renaissance is in motion. It’s time to Transform. Empower. Excel.

Clock That T.E.E.

In Service & Excellence,
