Academic Excellence Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

You must have a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0
This is open to any engineering, engineering technology or STEM related degree.
This is only open to students who are currently in college.
Both undergraduate and graduate students are open to apply.

Purpose

This scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to deserving individuals, enabling them to pursue higher education and realize their full potential.

Academic Excellence Scholarship

The Academic Excellence Scholarship is an academic award designed to recognize and support outstanding students who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in their academic pursuits. This is not limited to grades but to skills learned, awards achieved and all other exceptional achievement which have impacted your academics and/or career.

International Student Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0.
This is only open to international students.
This is open to any engineering, engineering technology or STEM related degree

Purpose

This scholarship aims to help alleviate financial burdens and equip international students to continue pursuing higher education and realizing their full potential.

International Student Scholarship

This scholarship is available to international students who demonstrate good academic performance and can effectively communicate their unique experiences as international students.

Holistic Engineer Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
This is only open to NSBE members.
This includes undergraduate and Graduate students.
This is open to any engineering, engineering technology or STEM related degree for college students.

Purpose

Applicants are encouraged to share their dreams, projects, and how they envision contributing to the world through engineering.

Holistic Engineer Scholarship

This scholarship is available to international students who demonstrate good academic performance and can effectively communicate their unique experiences as international students.

How to renew your membership

  1. Click Renew Action Button
  2. Once you’ve reached your account homepage, click “Renew” on the red banner at the top of your screen or the tab labeled “Memberships/Subscriptions” > “View Inactive Subscriptions” and then “Renew”.
  3. Select a membership item you would like to renew on the next page.
  4. Update your personal information if needed.
  5. Follow the prompts.
  6. Verify the items in your cart for accuracy. If you selected the wrong membership type, please go back and make your changes as needed before completing payment. Membership payments are non-refundable.
  7. Submit.

Information regarding the Open Enrollment Campaign

We open enrollment for the new membership cycle on May 1st each year which will allow members an additional 2 months to renew and receive benefits. Please note that membership subscriptions are not prorated. However, if you plan on renewing your membership mid-year to qualify for registration discounts or other benefits, that is fine. However, please be aware that renewing a membership following the Annual Convention will only grant you a subscription that lasts for only a month or less. We strongly recommend waiting until May 1st to maximize your investment.
