A New Workshop Structure for a New Era

We heard from members: more value, more action, more skills you can take home and use right away. For 2026, we’ve moved from a “many sessions” approach to a curated, high-impact model – fewer sessions, deeper engagement, and long-term relevance.

Our three programming areas:

Masterclasses – Crafting the Journey

Interactive, thought-provoking sessions blending the science behind success with leadership, mindset, and career advancement strategies.

Learning Labs – Learning and Culture

Practical, hands-on labs that build both technical expertise and essential life skills – from wealth building to sustainable technologies.

Advancing S.T.E.M. Mastery Series – Certifications

In-demand certifications and technical trainings in emerging fields like AI, VR/AR, quantum computing, process improvement, and more.

Two Ways to Contribute Your Impact

1️⃣ Call for Workshops – Share Your Session Ideas

Have a powerful idea for a session that fits within one of our three programming areas? This is your chance to submit it. The Call for Workshops is about content creation – helping shape what appears on the #NSBE2026 schedule.

You can choose to present your own idea or simply submit it for consideration.

Ideas should align with at least one of our four convention pillars: Shaping the Future, Empowering Excellence, Transforming Communities, Mobilizing Innovation.

2️⃣ Call for Presenters – Lead the Conversation

Want to be the one on stage? The Call for Presenters is open to anyone who wants to speak, facilitate, or train at #NSBE2026.

You can apply to present your own workshop idea or join existing sessions as a speaker/facilitator.

Open to industry experts, educators, entrepreneurs, advocates, and innovators from all fields.

📅 Deadline (both): October 31, 2025
