    Casey is an Industrial Engineering student at Purdue University committed to servant leadership and meaningful impact. He leads with intention, accountability, and empathy ensuring people feel supported while driving results that matter.

    William Corey, Jr.

    National Vice Chairperson
    Industrial and Systems Engineering | North Carolina A&T State University
    William Corey Jr. is an Industrial & Systems Engineering Ph.D. student at North Carolina A&T. He currently serves as the National Membership Chairperson, focused on leadership, mentorship, and strengthening chapters and members nationwide.

    Nicole Johns

    National Secretary
    Biomedical Engineering | Wayne State University
    Nicole Johns is a biomechanical scientist at Explico, Inc., a PhD student at Wayne State University, and currently serves as the 2025-2026 National Secretary. In her free time, Nicole enjoys working out and watching true crime documentaries.

    Ronald Williford, Jr.

    National Treasurer
    Materials Science Engineering | University of Michigan-Dearborn
    Ron Williford is a graduate engineering student, quality engineer, and national NSBE leader with experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets. He is committed to transparent financial leadership for students and professionals.

    Philip Lawal

    National Programs Chairperson
    Electrical Engineering | University of Cincinnati
    Philip Lawal is a Software Engineer at Boeing, a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati, and the current National Programs Chair for NSBE, where he ensures that all programs are aligned with the organization’s mission.

    Nicolas Pollard

    National Communications Chairperson
    Mechanical Engineering Technology and Information Logistics Technology | Virginia State University
    Nicolas Pollard is a former President of the Virginia State University chapter of NSBE, known for advancing community impact and regional engagement, and a recipient of the Edward E. Barnett Jr. Community Impact Award.

    Tamyra Allen

    National Public Relations Chairperson
    Chemical Engineering | University of Texas at San Antonio
    Tamyra Allen is a Chemical Engineering student at UTSA and has been an active NSBE member for two years. She previously served as Public Relations Chairperson and Vice President at the chapter level and is currently serving as NSBE National Public Relations Chairperson.

    Saniah Calvin

    National TORCH Chairperson
    Mechanical Engineering | University of Illinois-Chicago
    Saniah Calvin is a fourth-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Illinois Chicago with a minor in Business Administration. She’s running for re-election as NSBE’s National TORCH Chair.

    Uware Iyengumwena

    International Committee Chairperson
    Computer Engineering | University of Alabama
    Uware Iyengumwena is Junior Computer Engineering student at the University of Alabama. Originally from Nigeria, he brings a global and personal perspective to student life. He's served on both collegiate and regional level for NSBE.

Are You Ready to Lead?

Ready to lead at the highest level? Serving on the National Executive Board is an opportunity to shape the future of excellence in engineering. Review the qualifications below to ensure you're prepared to take the next step in your leadership journey.
Must be a Member in good standing as defined in Article III, Section 3.A. of the National Constitution.
Good standing is determined by your academic status at your college/university.
Must be registered as at least a junior full-time undergraduate student or as a graduate student for the elected term.
Must be registered as a student during the academic semester prior to the beginning of the elected term (Spring 2026). Must not have a graduation date sooner than November 1st, 2026.
Must be working towards or have already completed a degree in engineering, engineering technology, or applied/physical science in an accredited program.
Must complete all requirements outlined in the Candidate Handbook by the designated deadlines.
Must be a Member or Professionals member in good standing as defined in Article III, Sections 3.A. and 3.D. of the National Constitution.
For Members, good standing is determined by your academic status at your college/university. For Professional members, good standing is determined by active membership.

How to renew your membership

  1. Click Renew Action Button
  2. Once you’ve reached your account homepage, click “Renew” on the red banner at the top of your screen or the tab labeled “Memberships/Subscriptions” > “View Inactive Subscriptions” and then “Renew”.
  3. Select a membership item you would like to renew on the next page.
  4. Update your personal information if needed.
  5. Follow the prompts.
  6. Verify the items in your cart for accuracy. If you selected the wrong membership type, please go back and make your changes as needed before completing payment. Membership payments are non-refundable.
  7. Submit.

Information regarding the Open Enrollment Campaign

We open enrollment for the new membership cycle on May 1st each year which will allow members an additional 2 months to renew and receive benefits. Please note that membership subscriptions are not prorated. However, if you plan on renewing your membership mid-year to qualify for registration discounts or other benefits, that is fine. However, please be aware that renewing a membership following the Annual Convention will only grant you a subscription that lasts for only a month or less. We strongly recommend waiting until May 1st to maximize your investment.
