About the Event

The Fall Regional Conference (FRC) is an annual event hosted by the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Region VI, and this year we are excited to bring it to sunny San Diego, California. FRC serves as a premier gathering for students and professionals from diverse engineering and technology backgrounds to engage in professional development, network with peers and industry leaders, and participate in workshops and competitions designed to enhance their skills and career prospects.

This year’s theme, “Inspire, Excel, Elevate: Engineering Tomorrow’s Innovators,” reflects our commitment to fostering creativity, innovation, and forward-thinking solutions. Our vision is for Region VI members to engage with programming that prepares them to become the engineers of the future, equipped with the skills and mindset necessary to tackle tomorrow’s challenges. The conference will focus on developing innovative thinking, showcasing cutting-edge technology, and highlighting future trends in engineering.

Whether you’re a student looking to jumpstart your career, a professional seeking to connect with top talent, or an organization aiming to support diversity in STEM, FRC in San Diego is the place to be. Join us as we inspire, excel, and elevate the next generation of Black engineers and technologists, empowering them to achieve their full potential and lead the way in engineering tomorrow’s world.
