Your Commitment to Talent Development & Industry Impact
Partnership benefits begin when the NSBE National Partnerships team has received a completed and signed NSBE commitment form, and dues must be paid in full within 45 days of signing. Any benefits not used cannot be reimbursed.
NSBE partners commit to strengthening the engineering talent pipeline and driving measurable workforce outcomes for the industries and communities they serve.
- Attend four (4) Partner Strategy Meetings annually focused on talent pipeline development and workforce readiness.
- Provide access to industry resources and best practices, as available (e.g., professional development activities, whitepapers, research, survey data).
- CSP Partners are encouraged (not required) to share hiring and retention data, as appropriate.
