NSBE’s Professional Development Conference (PDC) is a multi-day event with an anticipated 700+ attendees with several Career Expo exhibitors and Corporate Partners. For its 12th Anniversary, the Professionals Development Conference will be coming to the beautiful city of New Orleans, Louisiana! During PDC, attendees will engage in professional and personal development, technical training, networking, engulfing themselves in the city culture, and the coveted Evening of Excellence.
The theme for 2025, The Power of Us: Building, Connecting and Elevating, focuses on the continued impact of NSBE Professionals and understanding the power that exists within our network of leaders, developers, and trailblazers. Community Engagement
Join us for an impactful community service event at the NSBE Professional Development Conference in partnership with STEMNola, a local organization dedicated to engaging, inspiring, and empowering communities through STEM education. Together, we’ll make a difference by equipping New Orleans youth with the tools, knowledge, and excitement to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
This hands-on event will feature interactive workshops, mentorship opportunities, and creative STEM challenges led by NSBE professionals and local educators and professionals.
