	Obum Egolum Position: Chair As Chairperson I chair the Regional Executive Board , preside over all official meetings, set policies and protocol and provide direction to the region through regional directives. At all conferences I produce regional directives and deliver the state of the region. I also work with the treasurer as budget holder and have the final say in financial decisions. I serve on the National Executive Board and perform additional duties according to the national bylaws. Lastly, I am responsible for interacting with the regional advisory board. 	John Bailey Jr Position: Vice Chair I manage the Region II board (monitoring performance, keeping track of action items, etc), set agendas for all meetings (both virtual and physical meetings, such as opening session at Fall Regional Conference), and lead the membership zone (which includes the membership chair and the 5 zone coordinators). I also interact directly with the chapter vice presidents about regional matters related to their chapters. Overall, I ensure that the regional board is working efficiently and that the chapter vice presidents are as informed and prepared as possible. 	Imani Bynum Position: Secretary I serve as head of the Communication Zone; assist zone members (Publications/PR Chair & Communications Chair) with their duties. I also create and update the Communications Protocol for the REB. I take notes (minutes) during any NSBE business meetings (REB meetings, zone meetings, general session, etc.); keep track of any minutes & proceedings for future reference. I serve as editor-in-chief for the REB (any information sent out to Region II must be approved by myself)and I edit and compile presentations & workshop materials for conferences; ensure they all work during conferences. I am in charge of REB image: dress code (colors, level of formality, etc.), procuring name badges, etc. Lastly, I create conference promotion timeline for Communication Zone. 	Zubair Position: Programs Chair The Programs Chair overseas the Program Zone and sets the direction for regional programming by evaluating and collecting metrics. I serve as the voice for the rest of the Programs Zone in administrative settings and advocate for any initiatives their zone members are planning. The Programs Chair is also responsible for managing a regional programs budget and developing workshops/competitions at regional conferences. 	Malik Roberts Position: Parliamentarian As parliamentarian my main responsibility is assisting the chair with maintaining order during meetings by enforcing Robert's Rules. I am the go to authority for governing documents and ensuring that the board is acting with the rights of the National Constitution and National and Regional Bylaws. Additionaly, my elections committee and I are tasked with managing and running Regional elections at annual Convention. Finally, as a member of the admin zone, I support the zone leads and assist them as necessary, especially as it relates to matters of our governing documents. 	Kayla Mumford Position: FRC Chair I plan the Fall Regional Conference and then assist the Annual Convention Planning Committee with anything they may need, especially when the Annual Convention is being held in Region II. As FRC Planning Chair, I focus moreso on programmatic logistics rather than heavily financial aspects of the conference, and this position should be thought of as a shared position between the Program and Finance Zones. 	Arianna Carr Position: PCI Chair My Job is to communicate with the NSBE jr advisors in region 2. 	Bilen Tirfe Position: Academic Excellence Chair The Academic Excellence (AEx) Chair focuses on programming and initiatives to increase the academic success of all regional members. I plan academic competitions/workshops, regional conferences, and advise chapter AEx chairs in chapter programming. The AEx chair is also responsible for regional scholarships, regional GPA verification, and regional research/graduate degree opportunities.
